Welcome to our home traveler. We thank you for your interest in our family. The Knights of Consuming Fury is a Nameless server based guild that does its best to incorporate the best of the family aspect and raiding aspect of an Everquest lifestyle. Needless to say our journey is a difficult one, but it's one that we do not take lightly. We have been walking this path since the dawn of 2000, and we are here to stay. Our rules are more strict than some, and more relaxed than others. Our raids are generally semi-manditory, if you are on and you have the time you are suppose to be there .
We raid Tuesdays,Friday , Saturday and sometimes Sunday Evenings, and are mainly based on U.S. Eastern Standard time. Our loot policies are a point bid system that works for us, as well as our friends and allies. We are totally committed to this guild. So, if you don't see yourself being fully commiting to a family oriented guild that raids also , then we probably aren't for you. Our probationary system gives prospective members the opportunity to see if they are a good fit. Our rules are set up to make us a combination raid and family guild; one of Everquest's most difficult combinations to run. In other words, although we are committed, we also realize the importance of feeding the kids and having a real life. We are currently looking for a few more committed people to help us take the next steps into the higher areas of the game. If you think that you would like to make a strong commitment and join a family like ours, then please read our info sections, and talk to our members and officers in game or via emails. Feel free to go check out the other guilds and compare. Yes, some them are a lot further than us progression wise. However, with your help, we will soon be there too, and I assure you that we are of the highest caliber when it comes to the quality of our members. Whatever your decision is, we bid you safe travels. If you have any questions or comments feel free to post in the forums, email me at Zeffner@Yahoo.com , or browse these Information sections.
Wow fall is upon us already and the kids are back to school. Some of our old friends have come home and new people are joining the family too…welcome all! I know it’s been a while since I have posted any news but there really has not been anything new since the last post. The guild has made great progress with SoD Void E and working on improving their geared it really shows when raiding. Our raid force is much stronger now however there are still some areas we need to bring up especially for resists and mitigation for the harder raids. Also healers of all types must be at the level of AA’s to cure with RC3 at a minimum, have cure corruption and remove greater curse as well as be just as geared to take on some of the damage the new mobs will hit the whole raid with and manages cures and heals.
Where are we going…our path is still to move to more challenging raids like Steam Factory, Frostcrypt and SoD we need to continue to grow and move up the ladder of progression. If we can’t do it alone we will invite others to join in our success for sometimes they bring new knowledge and strength where we are weak.
One thing I would like to say to the Knights is how proud I am of they way you all work as a team with allied guilds to meet the same goals…To Win the Fight!
Keep the fires burning…Blueorchid
